I hope that you are having a great summer!

Our BGIS Onsite Registration Event will take place this coming Tuesday, August 1st from 9AM-12Noon. On Tuesday, parents of students will receive a packet with their class schedule, locker, and bus information, in addition to preordered school supply packs ordered in the Spring.  Throughout this day, students will be able to tour the school and set up and place items in their lockers.  Please enter through the front doors of the school.  Parents - you do NOT need to get in line early - the registration outcome is the same whether you come at the beginning, middle or end so please attend when it’s most convenient for your schedule.

Your registration day will be tremendously expedited if you have already completed your online registration and paid your fees online prior to onsite registration day. Fees may be paid online anytime today through this Friday using the myschoolfees link below. Once logged in to the site simply click on the green box that says “Registration-Required fees” and follow the instructions. After Friday we will have to pull schedules and temporarily suspend fee pay online to get packets ready. Anyone who needs to pay fees after Friday will need to pay at the school before receiving their packet. Please be sure that your lease and deed information is up to date, as well as updated tDAP immunizations for all incoming 6th graders. If you have any updated documents for the school to process before registration day, please be sure to do so BEFORE 4:00PM on Thursday (our office is closed on Friday). Not paying close attention to each of these items will most definitely delay your registration process on Tuesday. Again, before you come on Tuesday, please have your online registration and fee payment completed, if at all possible.

This will not be a Meet the Teacher Event. Please understand that not all classrooms will be open and ready, but you should be able to show your child their hall and drop off school supplies on the team hall. Most of our teachers and will be in the building helping out in some way. If you are unable to attend this event your child’s packet will be available for pick-up anytime in our office 7:30AM-4:00PM on the following days:

  • Wednesday, August 2nd

  • Thursday, August 3rd

  • Monday, August 7th

  • Tuesday, August 8th
